Most healthy adults tolerate contrast therapy well, but those who are pregnant, have cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, severe circulatory issues or certain chronic conditions should consult their physician first. Our staff screens clients and customizes temperatures for safety and comfort.

Typical 45-minute sessions use about 30 minutes in the infrared sauna plus 10–15 minutes of cold plunges split into multiple short immersions. We personalize timing to your tolerance and coach you through temperature, immersion length, and rest for safety.

Wear a swimsuit or light athletic clothing; towels and disposable coverings provided. Remove jewelry and heavy makeup. You may choose to use underwear if preferred. Staff will give privacy and guidance; comfortable, minimal clothing ensures effective infrared exposure and safe cold plunges.

Many clients schedule sessions 1–3 times weekly, depending on goals like recovery or detox. Beginners can start weekly and increase as tolerated. Consult staff if you have health concerns; they’ll recommend an individualized frequency based on condition and response.

Temporary effects can include lightheadedness, chills after cold immersion, or dehydration. These are usually mild and short-lived. We screen for contraindications, monitor clients, and adjust temperatures. Seek medical advice if you have cardiovascular issues or persistent symptoms.
