Get answers to common questions about Stretch marks.
Microneedling with radiofrequency combines tiny needles and targeted heat to create controlled micro-injuries deep in the dermis, stimulating collagen and elastin production to remodel scar tissue, improve texture, and reduce discoloration over a series of sessions.
Most clients experience mild discomfort; topical numbing is applied to make the procedure tolerable. You may feel heat and pressure during treatment, with temporary soreness and redness that typically subside within a few days.
We commonly recommend three to six sessions spaced four to eight weeks apart, depending on stretch mark age and severity. Results build gradually as collagen remodels; your provider will create a personalized plan during consultation.
Ideal candidates are adults with mature stretch marks seeking texture and color improvement. Patients should be in good health; treatment is not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, active skin infections, or uncontrolled medical conditions.
Downtime is minimal: expect redness, mild swelling, and possible pinpoint bleeding for 24–72 hours. Skin may flake as it heals. Avoid sun exposure, intense workouts, and certain skincare products during recovery.
Collagen remodeling provides long-lasting improvement, but results aren’t absolutely permanent. Significant weight changes or pregnancy can cause new stretching. Maintenance treatments and healthy lifestyle choices help preserve results over time.
